1933 IOWA license plate #84-741 Shellacked END OF YEAR SALE

Description

The plate is in nice condition, NO EXTRA HOLES, STRAIGHT but with surface rust and other signs of normal use and age.  THE PLATE HAS BEEN SHELLACKED --  see photo for details.
THE PLATE IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD AND IS EXPIRED
I will combine items from multiple auctions to save shipping costs for buyer.
