    The plate is in nice condition, NO EXTRA HOLES, STRAIGHT but with marks and metal bends at the upper bolt holes and some stained paint.  THE PLATE HAS BEEN SHELLACKED.  --  see photo for details.
    THE PLATE IS MORE THAN 3 YEARS OLD AND IS EXPIRED
