The Rossignol Side Tour 15 Liter backpack is perfect for multiple runs per day. Versus some of the other packs with bigger capacities and more features, this one is more minimalistic, and better suited for shorter trips with less gear. But if you still need a quick trip to the sidecountry, this pack will be there with you every step of the way. Weighing a paltry 700 grams, the Side Tour pack is pretty much a blank canvas. It's got a separate compartment for essential safety items such as an avalanche transceiver, a shovel, and a probe. It's nice to have these things close at hand, in the unfortunate case that you need them. Additionally, the goggle pocket is lined with fleece to keep your lenses clean and clear. These nice features go a long way in making your experience in the wilderness a lot better. Padded straps and a convenient carrying handle make toting this thing around a breeze, and the multiple ways of carrying skis and snowboards make it versatile for different terrain and snow conditions. When you're out for a hike, it's inevitable that you're going to get a little thirsty. This pack is hydration system compatible, and although it doesn't come with the bladder, you can slip one in if you have one and off you go. *Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
