Look and feel like they have been only hit once! Consistent color and shine. No scuffs or club marks. No refinished, x-out or practice balls. May have logos and/or players marks.
4A/ 2ND BEST QUALITY
Cosmetically challenged - does not affect the distance, flight path or trajectory of the ball. Similar to a ball that has been played a few holes. May have small scratches or scuffs. Very minor discoloration if any. No refinished, x-out or practice balls. May have logos and/or players marks.
3A/3RD BEST QUALITY
Similar to a ball that has been played 9-18 holes. Still perfectly playable, not affecting the balls distance flight path or trajectory.
May have excessive pen marks or larger scuffs. Heavier discoloration, tint or fading if any. No refinished, x-out or practice
balls. May have logos and/or players marks.
RETURNS
Return any certified pre-owned item for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product for a product exchange or complete refund (of the product price), provided that the return meets the following conditions:
Product must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless stated otherwise.
Refunds will be issued for the price that the item was sold for (and any applicable sales tax) only. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless item is damaged during shipment.
If item is damaged during shipment please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will first try to replace your item if applicable, otherwise we will offer a full refund of the product as well as pay for the return shipment.
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and inspection of the items.

We cannot guarantee that any item will be delivery by a certain date. The estimated delivery date is an estimation provided by Ebay not by Jerry's Golf Balls.
We cannot be held accountable for the post office shipping times. If you would like to receive a refund if an item is not received by a specific date there will be a 20% restocking fee and the refund will not be given until we receive the item.
