How To Use:
Place the Can Opener on the top side of the can.
Press and hold the Start button for a couple of seconds.
Opener will automatically start cutting the can.
Opener works on a timer and the timing will vary depending on the size of the can being opened.
For cans 85mm or smaller: Press the start button (1) one time.
For cans larger than 85mm: Press start button (2) two times.
*Note: At the second press of the Start Button for larger cans make sure to place the opener just before the stopping point of the first time.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
If the unit stops while opening a can, turn the Manual Release button in a Clockwise direction.
If the unit does not start then turn the Manual Release Button in a Counter-Clockwise direction until the can releases from the opener.
The Hands-Free can opener will NOT work on odd shaped cans
Never use the can opener on the bottom side of cans
Make sure to use brand new, high quality, batteries for maximum usage and optimum performance.
These units have a magnetic safety lock. If the can opener stops or does not turn on, we recommend placing a knife blade (or anything metal) across the magnet that grabs the can lid and testing the unit again.
