Here's a story for you. I play guitar and was looking for a backpack to cary guitar equipment in (small pedalboard, cables, tuner and other things)
I purchased this brand new today. When I got it home I realized it really wasn't the right fit for me.
But before I realized that, I cut out the small net that serves as a deployable helmet carry because I just wanted the little pocket available for stuff. This shouldn't make a difference in this bag and if I hadn't mentioned it, you probably wouldn't even know it was missing.
